If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send us an email by ”contact@petbil.com“ and include your order number in the email.
Please allow 2-3 working days for us to review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a RA number along with our return shipping address. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and also a 25% admin fee which will be deducted from the refund total.
Terms & Conditions
- Your claim must be lodged within 14 days from your purchase date.
- Our Money Back Guarantee doesn't apply to any products bought during a sale period or where a discount/promotional code has been used.
- The customer is only able to make a claim once and it must be their first order on ”petbil.com“. If you have previously bought from us, unfortunately you aren't eligible to lodge a money back claim.
